Italian Classes Enrollment

The Società Dante Alighieri Manila is now accepting enrollments for our upcoming Italian language classes. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, our language classes are open to all!

Our online and onsite Italian Language Courses are focused in the development of the four fundamental language skills (Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing) and are divided in levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages (CERF), an international standard for describing language ability on a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language.

Each level is divided into 3 sub-levels (i.e. A1-a, A1-b, A1-c and so on) where each course focuses on areas catered to the level based on the CERF. With PIA's teaching method and your time and dedication to the courses, we can assure you that as you progress with your Italian language journey, you'll get mastery and fluency in each level in no time!

For the cost of the classes, kindly refer to this list:
  • Onsite Group Classes - Php7,500.00 (inclusive of membership)
  • Online Group Classes - Php7,000.00 (inclusive of membership)
  • Private Tutorials 
    • 10 hours - Php13,500.00
    • 20 hours - Php22,000.00

Terms & Conditions
FOR ALL STUDENTS:
  1. The course fee must be paid before lessons take place.
  2. The course fee does not include the entire textbooks, only portions of the book per level.
  3. The course fee is inclusive of an SDA membership fee.
FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN REGULAR COURSES:
  1. A course must be paid in full regardless of absences on the part of the student.
  2. If enrollees are insufficient, SDA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course and offer its students the right to move to another course or receive a full refund of the course fee. Only classes with a minimum number of students (the number of which shall be determined by SDA) can be conducted.
  3. An administrative fee of P200 is charged for late enrollment (enrollments after the specified enrollment date)
  4. If a student is unable to participate in a course, the following conditions apply: a) In case of cancellation within the first session of the course, SDA will withhold 10% of the course fee, b) Cancellations after the second session and the succeeding sessions of the course, we will no longer offer refunds. However, enrollment fees can be deferred to a different class or schedule.
  5. A student who has missed a class and wishes to make up for lessons missed, may arrange to do so with the SDA (only for Private Tutorials).
  6. SDA issues a Certificate of Attendance at the end of each course. Students who miss more than 30% of class hours shall not be issued a certificate, unless he/she makes up for lessons missed.
  7. SDA accepts no liability for the cancellation of its services due to force majeur (e.g. natural disasters, fire, floods, war, official orders and all circumstances beyond the control of the contractual parties.)
