La Media Party es un evento colaborativo de la comunidad para la comunidad. Año a año contamos con un equipe de voluntaries que participan del evento interactuando con les speakers, ayudando a les asistentes y ejecutando tareas de producción y estrategias de comunicación. El este año el evento se realiza el 29/8 y 30/8 en Ciudad Cultural Konex, en el barrio porteño del Abasto; y el 31/8 en AreaTres, en el barrio de Palermo. Si querés participar te pedimos que tengas en cuenta que si vas a realizar tareas pre-evento (es decir, desde ahora hasta el 26 de Agosto), tenés que contar con una disponibilidad de 3 horas semanales. Si vas a realizar tareas durante el evento necesitamos que puedas comprometerte mínimo 4 horas por día, al menos 2 días de los 3 que dura el evento o del día de montaje.
El domingo 18 de agosto haremos una recorrida presencial por el predio Ciudad Cultural Konex, Sarmiento 3131, CABA, a las 15 hs. Es super importante que puedas organizarte para participar. Nos tomará aproximadamente 1 hora.

The Media Party is a collaborative event by the community for the community. Year after year, we have a team of volunteers who participate in the event by interacting with the speakers, assisting attendees, and handling production tasks and communication strategies. This year, the event will take place on August 29th and 30th at Ciudad Cultural Konex, in the Abasto neighborhood of Buenos Aires city; and August 31st at AreaTres, in Palermo neighborhood. On August 28th., we will be setting up at the venue. You can learn more about the Media Party on our landing page. Don't forget to register for the event, which is free, from August 1st. If you want to participate, please note that if you will be performing pre-event tasks (i.e., from now until August 26), you need to be available for 3 hours per week. If you will be working as volunteer during the event, we need you to commit to at least 4 hours per day, for at least 2 of the 3 days of the event, or for the prior day to the setup.
On Sunday, August 18, we will do an in-person tour of the Ciudad Cultural Konex venue, Sarmiento 3131, CABA, at 3 p.m. It is super important that you can organize yourself to participate. It will take us approximately 1 hour.
