Body Work Exercises 1 Set Each ( Points to note below)
Do note take few seconds rest after every exercise, and 5 to 10 minutes rest after each set.
Do replenish with isotonic drinks.
Take into considerations safety protocols, make sure you are not sick or injured and area is safe for exercises
Do with good technique and form.
There is no rush, complete the exercises with 10 repetitions.
If you feel tired or unbale to continue just skip and progress to next exercise
