    Vending Requirements

    ** Vendors Application Fee: $10.00 (non-refundable and must accompany the application) ** Complete and return the application along with the application fee, copies of licenses and certificates. Mail to: SWAG Spring Fling 1050 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW. Atlanta, Georgia 30310 or Scan and email to: swagcoop@yahoo.com Make payments out to: South West Atlanta Growers Co-op. Include application fee & vendor fee: Refer to further pricing below. ** Send application and payments no later than April 12 , 2015 (Money Orders Only)!! No cash payments. ** Vendor fees: $40 for April 19, 2015 ** Booth requirements: All Vendors are responsible for providing displays, tables, chairs, umbrellas and canopies that meet guidelines, as well as petty cash for customer change. Requirements are as follows: Freestanding 10’ x 10’ canopies or umbrellas with weighted stands. Vendors must keep a tidy and professional space. Banners, tablecloths and signage are strongly recommended. Each booth space is 10’ x 10’.

    The West End Farmers and Artisan Market (WEFAM) is a market that exists to develop community by providing an outlet for local farmers, artisans and consumers to gather and cultivate the local economy while promoting a healthy lifestyle and environmental stewardship. WEFAM pursues vendor practices, programs and partnerships that have environmental, social and economic integrity and sustainabliity.

    Vendor Selection and duties

    Vendors will be notified by phone and/or email if accepted or not. No vendor should assume that they are accepted until the market manager contacts them. Should the market reach full capacity, accepted participants will be placed on a waiting list. Please review vendor handbook available on-line at www.swagcoop.weebly.com or request one from the market manager.

    Certification Statement

    I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of SWAG Co-op, to obtain any and all PERMITS and LICENSES (where applicable); TO SELL ONLY products produced by my farm, business and/or production facility. I FURTHER AGREE NOT to make any legal claims of any kind whatsoever against SWAG Co-op or The Wrens Nest, its representatives, employees and volunteers from any damage arising of the operation of the SWAG Spring Fling and in the sales of my products on the event site. I understand that I am allowed to sell only products listed on this application and that this measure is designed to ensure a sustainable product mix and maintain the authenticity of the event's mission. I understand that in order to expand my line of products/offerings beyond what is described in my application. I must first contact the event manager for approval.
