There will be no refunds if you cancel or are unable to show up to the event, however if you give over 10 days notice, funds can be used towards a future event that we host as a credit on your application with us. if you cancel within 10 days or are a no show, no funds transfer will be possible.

10X10 or 10x20 Spaces available. (This is an Outdoor, Rain or Shine event)
10x10, Early Bird: $55 for Saturday, $45 for Sunday, $90 for Both.
10x10, Late Application/Payment (within 7 days of the event): $65 for Saturday, $55 for Sunday, $95 for Both.
10x20, Early Bird: $65 for Saturday, $55 for Sunday, $100 for Both.
10x20, Late Application/Payment (within 7 days of the event): $75 for Saturday, $65 for Sunday, $105 for Both.

We will email invoices to vendors. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. Payment made within 7 days of the market will automatically add-on a "late fee" to your invoice.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth space after the event and maintain a clean area during the event. Any garbage left by you or in your space will result in you not being asked back for future events.
- We are requesting that you do not pack up and leave early from the event. Please plan to be in attendance for the entirety of the event. Anyone that packs up and leaves without communication will automatically not be accepted to future events.
- Vendors are required to have someone at their booth the entirety of the event. Kids are required to be monitored and within the your vendor booth at all times. (other vendors do not want to babysit your children, please be courteous and respectful of your booth members spaces and items.)
-We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, as well as personal injury.
- We are not responsible if another vendor damages your property. Please handle disputes between yourselves or with local law enforcement if needed.
-Vendors and Required and responsible for keeping track and paying for their own taxes. The Makers Markets are not responsible for vendors tax information and does not hold or collect tax or any tax information.
Hailey, Sierra, and Josh are the ONLY hosts for this event. INVOICES and EMAILS are only sent from TheMakersMarketsIL@gmail.com. We collect funds using SQUARE invoices. Any other people who claim to be collecting funds for this event are scammers and we are not responsible for any losses due to scammer negligence. Any other emails or invoices that are sent that are not directly from our email or our Square are scammers and we are not responsible for any losses due to scammer negligence.
Once you apply you will be contacted via email if your application was accepted or denied. Your place is not locked in until payment is received.

Disclaimer: For our Makers Markets, We sell alongside our vendors as we are small business owners ourselves. For this Event we DO ALLOW limited duplicate vendor types. (We will let you know if a category is filled) We know some vendors don't like competition, but we see it as networking and giving all Makers a place to sell. For me (Hailey), that means I will always allow fellow 3D Printing vendor that wants to participate join us, even though I sell those same things. because ultimately We believe that A. Not every vendor will have the exact same things, B. Not every vendor will have the same pricing, C. And some of your business success falls on the smiling person behind that business. If you do not like participating is events that have multiple of the same type of vendor as yourself, then we are not the event for you.
We all work full time and run our own small businesses, so it could be a few days until we can respond. please be patient with us. Please DO NOT EMAIL ASKING ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION, as it will delay applications even further.
