Block Party 2025 - Staff Food Wristbands
We are excited to celebrate Block Party in the TWU Gardens again on Friday, August 22nd from 6 - 8pm! Participants will receive a wristband that can be used at all food stations. Departments have the opportunity to purchase wristbands for their staff members, at a cost of $10.47 each. If your department would like to purchase food wristbands for your staff members, please complete this form by 5 pm on Friday, August 15th.

Wristbands will be available for pick up from the Student Union at Hubbard Hall Information Desk starting Wednesday, August 20th.  

 Note: 
1. Payment must be done with a purchasing card. IDTs will not be accepted.  Processing of funds will happen AFTER the event.  Please be aware this will come out of your FY26 budget. If you have any questions please contact Mara Jackson, mjackson46@twu.edu.
2. Pre-registered Block Party volunteers will receive a wristband at the beginning of their shift. All TWU students may use their Event Pass to redeem a wristband at one of the two check-in tents.
