Pakuranga Electorate Survey
It is a privilege to represent you as the Member of Parliament for Pakuranga. Pakuranga is a great place to live, work and raise a family, but it isn’t without its challenges.

To start the new year I have created the below survey for the Pakuranga Electorate to hear what locals think on a range of important issues facing both Pakuranga and New Zealand. I would appreciate you taking the time to fill this out.
Will you be voting For or Against the legalisation of the recreational use of marijuana in the upcoming referendum at the 2020 General Election?
Will you be voting For or Against the legalisation of assisted suicide in the upcoming referendum at the 2020 General Election?
Do you support the use of private capital to build the critical infrastructure New Zealand needs, such as roads, hospitals, and schools, through programs like Public-Private-Partnerships (PPPs)?
Do you support repealing the 11.5c per litre Auckland Regional Fuel Tax?
Do you support the introduction of a comprehensive roadside drug testing regime similar to testing for drink driving?
Do you support greater accountability of Auckland Transport around the projects they deliver and the time and cost of those projects?
Do you support the creation of a $50 million a year cancer drug fund that would enable treatments not currently funded through PHARMAC?
Do you support the Government banning all gang patches in public places?
Would you be in favour of indexing tax thresholds to the cost of living, so inflation doesn’t push middle income earners into higher tax-brackets?
Should Auckland Transport remove the T2 Lane on Pakuranga Road?
Which Party do you currently support?
