HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

1. Performance Content and Cultural Sensitivity:

   • Performances should respect the cultural significance of the Ganesh Festival and be culturally sensitive, avoiding any content that could be offensive or inappropriate.
   • All performances should adhere to the values and principles of the festival and maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

2. Copyright and Music Licensing:

   • By submitting this application, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted music, choreography, or creative works used in your performance.
   • You agree to indemnify the festival organizers against any claims or legal issues related to copyright infringement.

3. Liability and Safety:

   • Performers and dance schools acknowledge that participation in the festival involves certain risks, and they agree to release and hold harmless the Beats Of Redmond Ganesh Festival organizers, the City of Redmond, and related parties from any liability arising from accidents, injuries, or incidents during the festival.
   • Performers and dance schools should prioritize the safety of participants, audience members, and themselves, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines set by the festival organizers.

4. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations:

   • All performances must comply with local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including noise regulations and event-specific guidelines set by the festival organizers and local authorities.

5. Public Performance Rights and Permissions:

   • By participating, you grant permission for the festival organizers to use images, videos, or recordings of your performance for promotional purposes related to the Beats Of Redmond Ganesh Festival.

6. Minors' Participation:

   • If minors are involved in the performance, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary permissions from parents or guardians and are compliant with child labor laws.

7. Emergency Preparedness:

   • Dance schools and performers should have a plan in place for emergencies, including medical incidents, inclement weather, or disruptions to the event.

8. Data Collection and Usage:

   • Any personal information collected in the application form will be used solely for festival-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Respect for Environment:

   • Performers are expected to respect the festival location and adhere to waste disposal guidelines to minimize any negative impact on the surroundings.

10. Insurance Coverage: While not mandatory, dance schools and performers are encouraged to carry liability insurance to protect against potential accidents or injuries during the festival.

11. Agreement to Festival Guidelines:

• By submitting this application, dance schools and performers acknowledge that they have read and understood the festival's guidelines and agree to abide by them throughout their participation.

Cancellation Policy:

NO refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations on your part.
