Cuddesdon & Denton Neighbourhood Plan
We’d like to invite you to comment on the draft Cuddesdon and Denton Neighbourhood Plan. We hope you find it straight-forward.

BACKGROUND
The plan has been produced by a committee of parish residents at the request of the Parish Council. It describes the parish in some detail and presents eight policies designed to nurture what we value most about our village and to manage any development for the benefit of the village. If these are agreed by the Parish in a referendum, they will then become part of the planning policies used by South Oxfordshire District Council.

The draft plan also includes five statements which will not become formal planning policy. They express resident’s views on important issues including the possible Oxford-Cambridge expressway.

The Plan and supporting documents can be found on-line at [LINK}. Paper copies can be read in the Bat and Ball pub during opening hours; in the Church porch and by visiting the main office at Ripon College Cuddesdon between Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm and 1.30pm – 5pm.

CONSULTATION PERIOD
This survey is open for comments until Friday 18 October 2019.
