Wedding #1- Includes rehearsal and/or staging day, event date and choice of venue: $600.00

Wedding #2- Includes rehearsal and/or set-up day, event day, 2 venue spaces, and 2 dressing suites: $1000.00

Event Rental #1- 1-50 participants (6 hours) $200.00 (per building)

Event Rental #2- 51-100 participants (6 hours) $300.00 (per building)

Event Rental #3- 101-200 participants (6 hours) $400.00 (per building)

Event Rental #4- 200+ participants (6 hours) $500.00 (per building)

Event Gymnasium Rental Add-On - Loft Access $100

Overnight Retreat Package #1- 1-50 participants: $500/day (per building)

Overnight Retreat Package #2- 51-100 participants: $750/day (per building)

Overnight Retreat Package #3- 101-200 participants: $1000/day (per building)

Overnight Retreat Package #4 - 200+ participants: $1500/day (per building)

Rental Agreement Considerations

Event insurance & a security deposit is required for all rental agreements.

Security deposits vary per rental package.

If the building isn’t cleaned, or any damage occurs, the deposit fee is nonrefundable.

Security deposit will not be refunded for event cancellations within 45 days of the event.

Event cancellations 46-90 days will be refunded half of the security deposit.

Rental dates require a security deposit to officially secure the date.

Alcohol, drug, tobacco, vaping possession/use are not permitted on the premises for all campus activities and rentals.
