DSA RVA Grievance Report
Our process will always be confidential, but is not yet finalized. Pending chapter approval, each case will be handled under the methods we have in place at the time of filing. If you would rather something be handled under finalized rules, please let us know and we will wait until the appropriate time to address your grievance.

Ultimately, we will be able to acknowledge receipt of each report within a week (although the actual determination of your report will require more time), but without a finalized procedure in place, we cannot currently guarantee a turnaround time.

Please note that filing a grievance with the chapter does not guarantee that national will make any particular findings or carry out remedies or penalties, although if necessary, we may forward the case to national for resolution.
