Oooosh Fitness Postnatal Virtual Class
Strengthen your core from inside out and gain body confidence. Start with basic core breathing exercises and work towards good movement patterns to prepare the body to safely return to exercise after baby.
Slots are limited to maximum 4 participants per class, commencing 6 October 2020, via Zoom.

Strong Core Programme Virtual Class (12 sessions, Tuesdays and Fridays 11am-12nn on 6/10, 9/10, 13/10, 16/10, 20/10, 23/10, 27/10, 30/10, 3/11, 6/11, 10/11, 13/11.
I hereby declare that I am in general good health and have no medical condition that would endanger my life while participating in the Oooosh Fitness Strong Core Programme.
Whilst reasonable precaution is taken by Oooosh Fitness (Luo Yingying) to ensure the safety of participants, I understand that I take part in the Oooosh Fitness Strong Core Programme as a participant at my own risk. I confirm and agree that Oooosh Fitness (Luo Yingying) will not be held liable by me for any personal injury or death arising from my participation in the Programme or for any loss of or damage to my property arising from my participation in the Programme.
