1. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. If you would like to change your pickup location or share style, you must let us know by Tuesday at noon of that week.
3. Missed pick-ups cannot be subsequently made up or refunded. However, you can arrange for someone else to pick-up your share if you cannot.
4. If you are splitting your share with someone else, please arrange for only one person to pick it up at a time - we cannot be responsible for holding the other half of your items.
5. Email is the primary form of communication for the CSA. Important information about start and end dates, vegetable availability, and weather related issues will be communicated in that way.
6. Participating in a CSA means sharing the risks and bounties of the season. As such, if there is a crop failure, that vegetable or fruit will not be sourced from another farm and will not appear in the share.
7. Even beyond crop failures, we cannot 100% guarantee any specific vegetable or fruit will appear in your share.
