Interested in joining us as a Cosplay Photographer at an Oz Comic-Con event? 

Included with being an Official Oz Comic-Con Cosplay Photographer:

  • Scheduled photography spot in Cosplay Central (anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours)
  • Weekend entry to the show + assistant pass if required
  • Power connection and backing wall provided
  • Space to put up your own photo backdrop if you have one
  • Oz Comic-Con backdrop provided for any photographers travelling light
  • Early entry into the show for set up + storage for photography equipment when not in use
  • The ability to enjoy/photograph around the rest of the show as you wish outside of your scheduled photography times
  • You are welcome to have marketing material to hand out to attendees - business cards, QR codes, pop up banners, tabletop signage etc - to promote your photography services outside of the convention, however the scheduled photography spots are strictly non-transactional 
  • The photography areas come with 1 x trestle table and 1 x chair. Our team is equipped to assist with queue management where necessary

Should you be offered a role for the photo wall, please write in 125 words or less something about yourself. This shall be published under your name for the cosplay community to know a little bit about you. If successful, we will use an image from those you take on site at the show as the cover image for your photographer profile on the Oz Comic-Con website.

Photo Use - Attendees: *

If you would like an Oz Comic-Con logo for watermarking purposed, that can be supplied.

Photo Use - Oz Comic-Con: *
If you are approved as a Cosplay Photographer at Oz Comic-Con, it is your choice if you supply the photos you take at the show to Oz Comic-Con to use for promotional and advertising purposes. Photos may be edited to fit the platform of advertising and to promote certain parties and individuals. We will do our best to credit you where it’s due.
