District Advisory Committee Membership Form
The Gifted/Talented District Advisory Committee is composed of Lubbock ISD staff, parents and community members. All feeder patterns need representation from both staff and parents. The application window will open until August 1, 2023, at which time members will be notified if more applications than available positions are submitted. Membership is currently a one-year commitment.
The G/T District Advisory Committee (DAC) meets at least 6 times per year to evaluate the effectiveness of Lubbock ISD G/T services and make positive changes to our services.
* Time Commitment: 1 hour per regular session (6 per year), additional committees as applicable, some individual work based on regular session outcomes.
