REGISTRATION IS SUBJECT TO CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2016 OR WHENEVER WE REACH CAPACITY, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
This year's event will be held at The B.E.S.T Academy at Benjamin S Carson on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 10 AM to 3 PM. We need volunteers to be available from 6am to 3pm and 3pm to 4:30 pm for clean-up. If you are registering as an organization, each member must register. This will enable us to get an accurate count for volunteers and t-shirts. Registration is first come, first serve; therefore, if we reach too many volunteers we will place you on a waitlist.
There will be a MANDATORY training session prior to your shift. If you do not attend this training session, you will not be allowed to volunteer and you will not be given a t-shirt.

Filling this form in no way confirms your designated volunteer duty. You will receive in separate e-mail notification about the details of your duty, arrival time, etc.
