Free London Primary Schools Programme 2025 - Booking Cancellation Form
If a class or school is unable to attend the event they’ve booked, or if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event, the Festival may charge a cancellation fee of £2.50 per seat or ticket reserved. For full details, please refer to our T&Cs here.

To cancel a whole booking or part of a booking for an event, the following Cancellation Form must be completed in full and submitted no less than 30 days before the event date in order to avoid cancellation fees. You will receive an email confirming we have received your cancellation.

If you need to cancel two or more events on different dates, please submit a separate Cancellation Form for each one.
