Black Youth Sexuality Call for Proposals 

Black Feminist Rants is excited to announce our upcoming Black Youth Sexuality season. In this season we hope to discuss various topics surrounding sexuality, Reproductive Justice, and liberation as experienced and imagined by Black youth, through a storytelling season where at least one guest speaker will be speaking on their lived experiences with the aforementioned topics. We hope that this season will be a narrative shift project where young Black people and our experiences are centered and will aid in broader discussions surrounding sex positivity in Reproductive Justice and social justice spaces. If you have any questions please contact Annaya (she/they) annaya@blackfeministrants.com


What We’re Looking For:

  • People ages 14-24

  • Storytellers on the following topics:

    • Hypersexualization of Black girls and youth

    • Teen parent experience/stigmatization

    • Abortion access for Black youth

    • Black trans and queer liberation

    • Other
