Please fill in the following to let us know information about your request for baptism.  Also mark which evening you will attend to  formally begin the journey of baptism.    We are excited to share with you ways to enrich and support your child's baptismal journey.  

You are welcome to ring the parish on 9520 8277 and clarify anything below with the Parish Secretary or one of the priests.
