Vendor Booth Registration Form for the Idaho School Nutrition Association Industry Show. The show is on Thursday June 27, 2019. The theme is "Getting Back to Our Roots".  Early bird deadline is May 10, 2019. Registrations received after this deadline risk booth space and will be charged $100 additionally to reserve space.  Show time is 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with set up being 6 a.m. the morning of the show. Directors only will attend from 10:00 - 11:30 with all other attendees to follow.

If you or someone from your company is going to attend the entire conference, please list their name(s) here. Cost for the conference is $70.00 per attendee (INCLUDE IN TOTAL BELOW). If registering here, there is not a need to fill out the general conference registration form. This is a discounted rate for vendors than all other regular attendees!
