This is a request form ONLY for students who are currently working toward their A-license. For uncurrent students who have not jumped yet this season, students transferring from other dropzones, or those who have never jumped and wish to begin their student jumping progression, please call 815.561.3663 to get scheduled for ground school or recurrency training with one of our instructors.
If you are unlicensed and it has been over 30 days since you have jumped or been to the DZ you will need a refresher class or a full ground school.  Please call us at 815.561.3663 or email us at fu@skydivecsc.com to get that scheduled.
