2024-04-05 Antietam National Battlefield Trip Sign-up and Permission Form

Join the troop for a weekend of hiking National Historic Trails and camping at Antietam Battlefield, one of the most historic battles of the Civil War. The troop will camp on the national park property and participate (tentative) in a private, guided hiking tour of the battlefield.  

What: Troop 291 Antietam National Battlefield Camping Trip

When: Friday, 4/5/2024 to Sunday 4/7/2024
Participants will meet at TMES on Friday for departure and will return to TMES on 7 April. Scouts are required to travel in their Class A uniforms. Scouts should eat prior to departure.

Cost:  $40/per attendee (How to Pay the Troop - Google Docs). Scouts should also bring money to pay for lunch on 07 April during the return trip to TMES. Cost includes camp site and food costs during camping.

Once you sign up for a trip, your fee is required and expected whether you attend or not. Due to food planning and registration committed fees refunds are not possible.   

You must go through this sign up form for each *ADULT* and *YOUTH* attending the trip.  You must be the legal guardian of the *YOUTH* for the signup process as you are granting permission and acknowledging your consent for that participant for this event.
