Entry Form: Creative Spark 2023 Video Contest
Thank you for entering Next Vista's video contest! Please make sure you have read all the rules and instructions before submitting your video.

This form must be filled out for any video submitted as part of this contest. If you are a teacher submitting a video in the teacher or collaboration strand, this form is all you need to do. If you are a student submitting in the student strand, you will need to fill this form out, and your teacher will also need to fill out the teacher verification form.

The video contains no factual errors that might confuse a student attempting to learn the concept presented. Students: by checking this box, you are indicating you have worked with a teacher to make sure there are no content errors.
Time limits *
The instructional portion of the video is no longer than 90 seconds, with up to an additional 60 seconds for credits at the end.
Release forms *

Ownership and liability *
The ownership of any video submitted to NextVista.org is retained by the student or teacher who creates and/or submits it. This person gives Next Vista for Learning the right to post the video and use it to promote the efforts of the organization, including posting on Next Vista's YouTube channel and on other sites. When you click "submit" below, you are agreeing to these terms. No video can be posted on NextVista.org without this understanding and agreement.
