ARTICLE IV: FINANCES & EXPECTATIONSTHE RUHS Band Boosters supplement funding of our program. The program costs paid for directly by the Boosters include, but are not limited to, costumes, props, meals, competition fees, and specialized instructors. Without your support, our program would not be able to function at the level that it does. In order to meet our expenses, families are asked to contribute their "Fair Share." Fall and Spring contributions are determined by the Booster Board. Other costs may occur for items such as transportation fees (to be paid directly through the District School Athletic site), spirit wear, costuming, camp, secret buddy gifts, etc. Should your family not be able to financially contribute, the RUHS Band and Dance Guard Boosters offer a variety of fundraising opportunities to aide in the financial expenses of the program. The success of the program is also achieved through volunteering at competitions, football games, and other performances or activities. The Boosters require all parents/ guardians of each student to volunteer at least 10 hours per school year. Please initial to acknowledge. *
