  • Dr. Hoffman is in-network with most commercial UPMC Health Plan and Highmark / BCBS plans. 
  • Dr. Hoffman is not in-network with UPMC for Kids, UPMC for You, Highmark Healthy Kids, Highmark Wholecare, or any other CHIP or Medical Assistance (MA) policies. 
  • Dr. Hoffman is also not in network with Cigna, Aetna, or any other commercial insurers, though some of these may have out-of-network coverage.
  • Evaluations for learning disorders are not covered by insurance.

Clinical Focus

Dr. Hoffman specializes in:
  • Attention/executive functioning concerns, including evaluations for ADHD
  • Learning problems, including evaluations for learning disorders such as dyslexia
  • Cognitive & educational impacts of medical conditions
  • Cognitive & educational impacts of behavioral health conditions
Please note:
  • Dr. Hoffman is not currently accepting referrals for autism / ADOS evaluations. 
  • Within her current office space, Dr. Hoffman is unable to evaluate children with severe behavioral needs or elopement concerns.
  • Dr. Hoffman does not complete any forensic work. For evaluations with legal involvement (including court-ordered evaluations), please seek out another provider. Dr. Hoffman is also not currently accepting referrals for Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs).
