The two-hour offline breaks on Saturday are designed for spacious time to walk, journal, have meals, relax. We hope you’ll treat yourself to stay in “retreat mode” the whole time, if possible.
You will receive handouts and the Zoom link by email before the event.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen. If you must cancel, you can receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee if paid by credit when you notify us at least two weeks before the program begins. Other than exceptional emergencies, no refund will be given if we receive your cancellation less than two weeks before program start date.
