Applications submitted prior to 8:00 am on Friday, November 30, 2012 will be charged $120.00 per week (or any portion thereof). The only exception to this is residents who need to stay only 1-2 days immediately after the closing of the halls will be charged $25 per day.
Applications received after 8:00 am on November 30 (if accepted) will be charged $190.00 per week (or any portion thereof), regardless of when the days fall over the break.
This application must be completed in its entirety to be considered for approval. You will be notified via e-mail by 5:00pm on Monday, December 3, 2012, as to the status of your application.
If you are an athlete or or are being sponsored to stay by any other department, you will not be charged for the days covered by your team/department. You must be on the approved roster provided by your team/department. However, if you select to stay any days in addition to the approved days, you will be responsible for the charges stemming from those additional days. Please contact your coach/department to determine which days they are paying for.
Submitting this application prior to the November 30 deadline guarantees you will be able to stay, but does not guarantee you will be able to stay in your room or hall. Due to safety and staffing concerns, halls will only remain open if enough people apply from that hall. You may be required to stay in an alternate location over break if your hall is not open.
