Cow shares will be ready for delivery/pickup roughly 4-6 weeks after the butcher date. Form must be submitted before your assigned processing date to be valid.
Meat is processed in a state licensed and inspected facility, wet aged for 14 days, and vacuum sealed.
Each cow half will produce 160 pounds of meat.
Price per pound: $12.50/lb
Below you will be able to select your cutting order for your cow.
Please keep in mind that you will be receiving a literal half of a cow. The max pounds listed with each cut is the maximum available on the cow. Each customer receives a "side of beef," or a half of the cow divided nose to tail.
A Half Cow Share requires roughly 7cu/ft of freezer space.
