Form for nominating an operational leader
Thanks for your interest in finding a suitable candidate for the operational leader role in SoFA!

In the spirit of additional information, please also read the general guidelines for paid roles in the light of SoFA's budgetary limitations. The most important aspect here is to consider people who are already in paid positions.

GC is using the following strategies and above agenda as guidelines for approaching the next budget cycle.

  • Focus on income-producing work (“the 20% we do that bring 80% of the income”)
  • Emphasize hours (in new or reassigned roles) for people already doing significant work for SoFA, i.e. preserve the larger roles of people who have deep insight in SoFA and cluster smaller roles onto people who have big roles to create synergy

  • Emphasize operations and operational meetings, not policy meetings to reduce meeting time (e.g. meeting every 3 instead of 2 weeks)

  • Supporting people in making sociocracy training income to complement their income from SoFA roles
