TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS & INFORMATION
  1. The current laws of table tennis and the current rules & regulations of the ITTF & TTS will apply.
  2. Hall will be open on both days from 8.45 am and matches will commence at 9.30 am, starting with the Doubles on both days.
  3. Qualification rounds for singles events will be by groups of four, except in certain circumstances.
  4. All events will start in groups then progress to knockout stages. 
  5. Should there be insufficient entries, in any event, we reserve the right to cancel/merge events.
  6. All singles matches will be the best of 5 games and 11 points up, time permitting.
  7. If it is necessary to restrict entries, then this will be determined by the Tournament Committee and will be done on a last in, first out basis.
  8. The Tournament Committee will allocate players into Bands.
  9. The Tournament Committee will make the draw on a convenient date, likely Wednesday 15th January 2025.
  10. No expenses will be paid to any competitor.
  11. All competitors will be required to umpire and failure to do so, when asked, could result in disqualification.
  12. ITTF dress and racquet regulations will apply.  Replica football kit is not permitted.
  13. Changing rooms, showers, light refreshments and car parking facilities are available at the venue.
  14. Butterfly R40+ balls will be used in all matches.
  15. TTS Ranking List will be used to seed players appropriately. 
  16. When called to the table, players will have two minutes to appear, knock up and start the match.
  17. Junior competitors must be born in 2006 or later.
  18. Cadet competitors must be born in 2010 or later.
  19. Minor competitors must be born in 2012 or later.
  20. U11 competitors must be born in 2014 or later.
  21. Completion and submission of this entry form signifies agreement by the entrant to ALL conditions of the tournament.
  22. Closing date for entries is Monday 13th January 2025.  Entries received without fees (including £3 Admin & Ranking Levy fee) will not be accepted.

OPEN DOUBLES: Winners £60 per team |  Runners-up £30 per team
OVER 55's: Singles: £50 Teesport Voucher  |  Runner-up £30 Teesport Voucher

Trophies will be awarded to all event winners and runners up of the Junior events on the Sunday.
