Full event, Tassie to the Top End - $5100
Tasmania Only - $2200
Join at Ararat and go through to Alice Springs - $2200
Join at Ararat and go through to Darwin - $5100
Join at Alice Springs and go through to Darwin - $2900
NOTE as at 14/04/21: Upon entering, please do not transfer any fee's at this point in time, we will contact & invoice you when ready)
Entry and per person fees will be due as per this payment schedule:
$500 - First instalment/deposit upon being invoiced. (non refundable/transferable)
$1500 - Second instalment, date TBC
$1500 - Third instalment, date TBC
$1600 - Fourth instalment, date TBC
$ tba - Individual per person catering fees, date TBC (amount tba, approx $1150)
All fees are inclusive of GST. Prior to November payment, a tax Invoice will be sent out to all entrants. Statements and reminders will then be issued as each payment becomes due.
The full Super entry fee ($5100) includes one free entry into the September 2022 RBR. (value being $2900)
In the event that you have to withdraw at any stage, refunds will be based on a sliding date scale as indicated below.
Prior to Feb 2022, 90% of fee's
Up to May 31st 2022, 70% of fees
Up to end of June 2022, 30% of fees (or upon direct negotiation with organisers)
Fundraising donation to GIVIT:
As part of the your entry into the 2022 RBR, you pledge to donate a minimum of $1000 to our events charity partner GIVIT. All fundraising donations are to be paid via the events on-line fundraising web site on Mycuase or directly to GIVIT.
Back Up vehicles & fees:
Back Up Vehicle fee is $2800. The number of Back up vehicles is strictly limited and preference will be given to those that are supporting more than one rally vehicle. Back up crews will be requested to perform various duties during the event, such as Check Points etc.. Each crew member of the B/up vehicle will be required to pay the individual per person catering fee. B/ups are not required to pay a minimum donation to GIVIT, however they are welcome to fund raise and donate on behalf the rally car they are supporting.
