Entry and per person fees will be due as per this payment schedule:
$500 - First instalment/deposit is due upon receipt of this entry form. (non refundable/transferable)$1500 - Second instalment, 30th November 2019 $1500 - Third instalment, 29th February 2020 (or remainder of your total entry fee if doing shorter leg)$1600 - Fourth instalment, 31st May 2020$ tba - Individual per person catering fees, 30th June 2020 (amount tba, approx $950)
All fees are inclusive of GST. Prior to November payment, a tax Invoice will be sent out to all entrants. Statements and reminders will then be issued as each payment becomes due.
The full Super entry fee ($5100) includes one free entry into the September 2020 RBR. (value being $2300)
Fee refunds: In the event that you have to withdraw at any stage, refunds will be based on a sliding date scale as indicated below.Prior to Feb 2020, 90% of fee'sUp to May 31st 2020, 70% of feesUp to end of June 2020, 30% of fees (or upon direct negotiation with organisers)
Fundraising donation to GIVIT:As part of the your entry into the 2020 RBR, you pledge to donate a minimum of $1000 to our events charity partner GIVIT. All fundraising donations are to be paid via the events on-line fundraising web site on Mycuase or directly to GIVIT. The Mycause web site and GIVIT bank details details will be made available later in 2019.
