If you have a concern in relation to a student or something happening in school we'd like to help.  

It is in everyone's interest that concerns are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaints procedure. 

Burnside College takes concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

All concerns will be passed to an appropriate member of staff to investigate. If your concern is made outside of term time, it will be actioned on our return to school. All concerns will be addressed within 7 working days and in this time we will acknowledge receipt of your concern. 
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
