WVHS Transcript Request Form
*** The WVHS Counseling Office is closed for the month of July. All requests received during the closure will be processed in early August. ***

Current and former students may complete this form to request a copy of their West Valley High School transcript. Transcripts may be official or unofficial and are free.

Official transcripts are signed, stamped and placed in a sealed envelope. The transcript is no longer official if the envelope is opened. Please note, transcripts will note if a student has a fine on their account.

After submission of this form, please allow 1-3 school days for processing and 3-5 days during peak seasons (start of school, graduation, etc).
