2024 Pashchimi Cultural Registration Form

This year’s cultural program will be held tentatively on Oct 9th (Wednesday), Oct 10th (Thursday) and Oct 11th (Friday) and Oct 12th (Saturday) at the Puja venue. The exact day and time for your participation will be provided on the week of Sep 30th.

Participation suggested donation:  $40 for each 5 min (defined as 1 slot hereafter). Minimum: 1 slot

Timeline:

Sep 14th, 2024 - Form closes

Sep 21st, 2024 - Review of entries, planning of slots

Sep 25th, 2024 - Participant donation due 

Sep 30th, 2024 - Schedule published

  • Sign-up rules:-Due to limited time we will restrict the time request

    • A solo participant can sign up for max 1 slot (a total of 5 minutes)
    • Groups with 2 – 4 members can sign up for a max of 3 slots (Total 15 minutes)
    • Groups with 5 – 7 members can sign up for a max of 6 slots (Total 30 min)
    1. Sound check requests will be accommodated as much as possible with puja schedule, but not guaranteed.
    2. Set-up & tear-down time is included in the time slot registered, so please plan accordingly
    3. Karaoke singing is supported
    4. Filling out the form does not ensure a slot, the performances need to be reviewed by the cultural team& donations must be received
    5. Participants must add links from any of their previous performances or recordings (For example:- YouTube or Google Drive)
