IASAS MUN 2018 @ISM- Housing Form
Dear ISM Families,

ISM will be hosting students from IASAS Schools and Friends-of-IASAS schools for IASAS MUN from November 14th to 18th, 2018. In order to host this event we are required to provide home stays IASAS delegates while they are in Manila.

Hosting is a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and feel part of the hosting process. It is also part of a reciprocal agreement that will allow other ISM teams to travel throughout the year around Asia. If your family is able to host, please complete this form and submit it ASAP. We will then contact you 2 weeks prior to the event to let you know all the details relating to guests.

General guidelines/expectations for host families when housing for an IASAS event:

*Pick up on arrival (afterschool/evening on November 14) and drop off on departure (the morning of November 18)
*Transport to school each morning and transport home each day at the end of the meet. (This can be the school bus when it fits with the schedule.)
*Provide a daily breakfast, some snacks and have an evening meal available.
*Ensure there is parental/adult supervision when visiting students are at your home each evening.
*Provide bedding and a towel
*Expect to receive curfew calls from the visiting students' coach at 9pm each evening.
(Please note team dinners in the evening are not allowed at IASAS events and students can be picked up from school at the end of each day.)

Many ISM students have been or will be hosted by our IASAS friends this academic year, so this is a great opportunity to repay past and future kindnesses. Thanks in advance for supporting this event!
