Uniondale School District Parent/Scholar Re-entry Survey
Our district has created a brief survey to better understand the perspectives and levels of concerns that our stakeholders have regarding the reopening of our schools for scholars in September 2020.

The COVID19 pandemic required significant action and disruption from our traditional face-to-face instructional model.

The information and data that are gathered from this survey will help our district best prepare and develop plans, protocols, and safety measures that are appropriate and align with our stakeholders' expectations. Our top priority remains the health, safety, and welfare of our scholars, staff, and families.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on these topics that relate to the reopening of schools in the Fall. As we receive more guidance and direction over the Summer from the Governor, health officials, and the NYS Education Department, we will work to create and implement the planning necessary to safely educate our scholars.

This survey will be active for participation through Friday, July 31, 2020.
