Breathwork & Meditation Workshop Registration
A 2-hour Guided workshop on breathing and meditation techniques to help you build your own personal thriving practice anywhere you are in the world.
May 15, 2021, 3-5pm Manila time (+8 GMT) over Zoom


1. Different Breathing Techniques to clear the lungs, alleviate stress, and calm down.
2. Different Meditation Practice Techniques to re-center, ground and promote mental clarity.

You will learn which techniques to activate (set out for the day) and calm down (when you need to relax) your nerves.

You'll be presented with the concepts and types of breathwork (pranayama) and meditation techniques coming from the 8 limbs of yoga, and get to practice live with us.

You'll also get a PDF Guide of the techniques emailed to you that you can use in your daily practice after the workshop.

The presentation part with the slides will be recorded.
Workshop segment (where you get to practice the technique) will not be recorded.
