Build a More Open Internet
Geeks Without Bounds and Digital Smoke Signals are working to build locally owned, cooperatively operated Internet Service Providers across the US. What started out as a project to bring Internet to Indian Country, rural areas, and other under-served communities has become a movement to ensure that everyone in the US has access to a neutral, open Internet. If you aren't sure why that's important, visit http://gwob.org/community-internet-initiative/

If you are interested in supporting this work, getting involved, or just learning more, please let us know a little bit about you!

We care about your privacy, and we won't use your information for anything that you haven't given us express permission for -- and we don't just mean in fine print.
