Following the tradition from previous years, the Office of Councilmember Lourdes Barroso de Padilla in partnership with the Latino Heritage Month Steering Committee are, awarding individuals and organizations in our community who have demonstrated commitment, advocacy, and dedication to advancing the Latino community in Columbus.
