You may post any comments about the video that you would like to mention to the V.E.S. staff. Comments include any awards the video has won, any contests it has been entered in (pending results), or anything else you would like to point out about the entry. While this is an optional section on this registration form, please note that any video entered into the contest must not have won more than 3 awards. Failure to disclose information such as this can result in an outright rejection of your video.

Before completing the registration, please make sure to acknowledge the following: You have read and understood the rules for the 2022 V.E.S. AMV Contest and that any rules that require clarification should be addressed with the V.E.S. Contest Coordinator before completing the registration. Any registered video should be met in good faith that the video provided does not violate any of the rules for this contest, and any violation that is discovered (depending on the severity) could lead to a lifetime ban from entering any future V.E.S. AMV contests. Any video that is registered to this contest may be used in a different Matsuricon based forum beyond contest or overflow showings. This includes any future Matsuricon event after 2022, and advertisements on any official Matsuricon social media platform page. A completed registration automatically provides consent for Matsuricon and the V.E.S. staff to use the video for such outlets as deemed necessary. Please check "Yes" below if you agree to these terms.
