WOU ACCESS: ASL Interpreting/Typewell Transcribing/Captioning Services Request Form

This form is to request services for Sign Language Interpreting, TypeWell Transcribing, Real Time Captioning Services (CART) for online and/or in-person access for an events such as a one-on-one meetings, study groups, counseling appointments, campus events, panel discussions, etc. *PLEASE NOTE: This form is not to be used for regular classroom accommodations.*

Please submit this request form at least three (3) business days before the event. Requests submitted less than three (3) business days can be submitted but services are not guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: Requests for Real Time Captioning Services need to be made at least one (1) week in advance due to the high demand of captioning services in our current online world.

All requests must be submitted in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Interpreting/Transcribing/Real-Time Captioning request cancellations need to be submitted more than 24 business hours in advance. Please email cancellations to: ODSinterpreting@wou.edu
