Our SVPC Youth Program will be hosting a Live Nativity for our church families at the ChurchWide Yuletide on December 7th from 3:00-4:30 pm. Any youth who wish to participate in the Live Nativity must fill out this form ASAP & note the following dates:
-November 23rd We will have an unofficial Live Nativity Prep day. I will send out times when we have enough youth who have filled out this form.

-December 7th participants will be expected to arrive at 2:00 pm to help set up the event & prepare for their parts. The event will start at 3:00 pm and end at 4:30 pm. The Live Nativity will occur between 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Clean up to follow.
