Who We Are | Founded in 2013, LITE Memphis is a 501(c) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering black and brown high school participants with 21st-century employability skills through entrepreneurial education to create wealth and address the racial wealth gap through entrepreneurship education. 

About Our Program | Our 16-week Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) is more than an educational initiative—it's a launching pad for future leaders. Designed for high school participants, this program equips our young participants with the essential 21st-century skills they'll need to thrive as professionals or entrepreneurs. We provide comprehensive training in areas such as financial literacy, strategic planning, and effective communication.
