One of the largest Genshin Impact lore communities is seeking new moderators.

As a moderator, you'll be focused on handling warns/kick/bans, conflict resolution, (when possible) lore clarifications (correcting common misinformation when no other member has clarified material yet, e.g. It's not confirmed that the loading screen and Celestia are the same location) and directing members to our resources, organizing the community space, helping role management/verification, and the organizing of our Discord (https://khaenriah.com/discord) alongside the Khaenri'ah Staff and current moderator team. Note that while the Khaenri'ah Lore Project (KLP) Discord can act as a general lore discussion space, we  ultimately are a home for this particular lore project. RECRUITMENT NOTES
– We're primarily looking to onboard a few moderators who are active in NA and Asia timezones (but exceptions will be made, so please still apply if these aren't your main timezones).
– Moderators must be at least sixteen years old. Please note that the incumbent Khaenri'ah Staff and Moderator team are all 20+, and make sure you're comfortable with this.
– At this stage, we'd highly prefer moderators who have previous experience in moderating Discords/community organizing – but this isn't a strict requirement. We prefer moderators who are active in the server and have an understanding of our community, culture, and dynamics.
– Please note that Khaenri'ah is a progressive, LGBT+ run project and community. All current staff are POC and of historically marginalized gender identities. We are pretty firm in having zero tolerance for bigotry or insensitivity, yet are in the complex realm of navigating this in a lore server that welcomes discussion about politics, culture, etc.
