Our goal is to help get the word out about your work by working with talented and passionate bloggers, Instagrammers, and YouTubers across the internet to provide targeted and consistent engagement for a short period of time. Whether you're gearing up for a new release, searching for new interest in your backlist, or just want that extra boost that comes from seeing your book in the limelight, we want to help promote your book! We know that promotion can be one of the hardest aspects of being a creative and we want to help take a little of the weight off of your shoulders.

We offer several services that can help drive attention toward your book, including promotional cover/map reveals and mini/full virtual tours. We also offer custom packages, so if you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out and we'll see what we can do to accomodate you!

Our audience is primarily geared toward Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror, however we are willing to take a look at whatever you have to see if it will be a good fit. We are only accepting first installments in a series or standalones, unless we have toured previous books in a given series. We will accept sequels to books we have not toured on a case by case basis

We reserve the right to accept or decline any request, as well as to cancel with a full refund at any time.

Terms and Conditions
We do not guarantee positive reviews. Our tours are merely meant to be a form of promotional exposure, not a way to farm positive reviews. As such, we encourage our hosts to present completely honest reviews, which may contain some amount of (hopefully) constructive criticism. However, since our tours are a paid promotional service, we will always ask that hosts delay the posting of any negative reviews until the end of the tour and instead make a different type of promotional post on the day of their scheduled tour stop. Additionally, while we encourage reviews, all posts are welcome, including interviews, guest posts, spotlights, and creative posts. Please be advised that some hosts may choose to not review the book at all. As content creators ourselves, we will never tell a host the type of content they have to create or keep them from expressing themselves in whatever manner they deem fit.

Payment in full is required via PayPal once an agreed upon service and date is set.

Author/Publisher must provide review copies (in .epub and .mobi formats) at least four (4) weeks prior to the start of the tour.

While we strive to ensure that everything runs smoothly, unforeseen issues are bound to crop up from time to time, including hosts who fail to post on their scheduled tour date. When this happens, we will always reach out to the host and try to find a solution. Escapist Book Tours will not be held responsible for a host's failure to post on the agreed upon date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If the client chooses to cancel an event, a full refund will be provided up to four (4) weeks prior to the start of the scheduled event. If cancellation is requested within four (4) weeks of an event, a 60% refund may be issued.

If we are unable to meet the minimum event requirements, there are two possible solutions:

• Client will be offered an alternative event (such as downgrading from a full tour to a Side Quest w/ partial refund), or
• A full refund will be issued to the client

As a company, we want to ensure that the people and art we support reflects the ethics that we hold. As such, we refuse to work with anyone who supports hateful or disparaging ideologies, such as racism, sexism, transphobia, anti-semitism, or hate of any kind. If, after making an agreement, we learn that a client or their work reflects any of the aforementioned things or that the author or their views go against the culture we're trying to create, we reserve the right to cancel any contract and sever ties with the author going forward.
