Help us learn about how to improve rideshare
Cruise wants to ensure our customers and members of the public always have a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience when they interact with us, whether that’s through our app, in our autonomous vehicles, or just out on the street. Right now, we’re especially interested in the experiences of people who are blind or have low vision when they use existing rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, and we're working closely with the National Federation of the Blind to learn more. The next phase of our research initiative will include a group session or 1:1 interviews. We will compensate you a $150 Tango* gift card as a thank you for your time. The study is going to be up to 90 minutes.
If you might be interested in taking part in our research, please fill out this short survey. In the survey, we will ask for your email address (so we can get in touch with you), your zip code, and a few questions about your rideshare use habits. This information will improve our research by helping us identify a good range of rideshare users. You should know that the confidentiality and security of all information collected as part of this study will be maintained using our standard information security procedures. We'll get back in touch with you in the next week to let you know if you're selected to participate in the study.
* You’ll receive a gift card by email from Tango, our incentives distributor, as a token of our appreciation. Their online catalog includes gift cards from VISA and a variety of retailers in fashion, housewares, sporting goods, books and more.
