In our 2019-2020 OIAA Year, we introduced a new mentorship program to help connect our members with one and other.  These mentor/mentee relationships were intended to create a relationship that were enable continuous growth and learning.  We were able to establish 14 mentoring relationships, but this year hope we can do better!  Of course, there is some area's for improvement.  New this year, we will be reaching out to our mentors and mentees on a bi-monthly basis to ensure things are going well, and see what more we, the OIAA, can do to support YOU!
