The following survey is intended to collect information on the utilization of specific workforce personnel types for care related to cancer diagnosis and treatment in different settings.  Responses will be used to inform the development of a simulation model of global cancer workforce and outcomes as part of the Lancet Oncology Moonshot 2.0 Commission on cancer workforce.

Section I asks for basic respondent information.

Section II provides a brief description of each personnel type under consideration.

Section III asks respondents to define the utilization of each personnel type for cancer diagnosis and treatment events across the care continuum in their own context.  This section is intended to collect information on which personnel perform which tasks in different contexts, and can be answered by anyone involved in cancer care.

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health determined that
this project is not human subjects research as defined by DHHS regulations or FDA regulations (IRB24-0364).
