Introduction to Meditation (Online)
Introduction to Meditation is scheduled on the first Monday of the month. It's open to anyone who is interested to begin a meditation practice and to join our weekly Shamatha meditation when we put these skills into practice.
Please register: the registration is open until the midnight on Sundays. As this course is offered based on demand, it will not take place if no one registers. The weekly Shamatha meditation at 19:00 doesn't require registration and anyone can just drop in (via zoom).
