I/the company/the organisation understand the terms of the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards MLAA and grant permission to the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM) to exhibit/publish this project’s photos and details including my/the company/the organisation’s name in any form and for any awards-related publicity.

I/the company/the organisation acknowledge that all information contained in this entry is accurate and that the entry will be disqualified if it fails to meet any of the requirements detailed in the entry guidelines. ILAM as the publisher has the right not to publish any submission which does not fulfill the organiser’s requirements. I/the company/the organisation acknowledge that the publication published by ILAM may be for commercial purposes.

I/We agree that the judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into by the judges, organizing committee, or jury regarding that decision. Any attempt to contact, influence, or harass the organizing committee or the jury, before, during, or after the evaluation process, may result in disqualification of the entry at the discretion of the award organizers. I/the company/the organisation understand ILAM may organise a site visit to the submitted project site and in the case of the project site being located in East Malaysia or abroad, the cost will be fully reimbursed by ILAM.
